My wipers only work in high - No low or intermittent and won't park. I can see the fuses are 3 and 21 in the owners manual but no idea of the corresponding relays? Not sure why they didn't not fully label? If anyone has a diagram, please share or if they at least know the slot number locations for the wiper relay(s) it would be greatly appreciated!

I would just try changing your wiper relay. Its 99% the relay.
See an example of the video below. Chances are its a Relay issue. Pls note the video is note a Fisker.
But it works on the same principle.
