I got updated to 6.14 last week. Several times now when I have hit the up volume button the thing runs away and next thing I know it's at 24 and I scramble from being startled to get it down. Anyone else?

I've seen that too. I've also seen it go the other direction to 0. I'm on 6.14.2

I expect that the "start increasing volume" message is received, but the "stop increasing volume" message is being lost on the message bus. As has been discussed at length, there are communication/messaging gremlins that Fisker/Visteon is wrestling with. Fortunately, a stab in the other direction usually stops a runaway volume excursion quickly.

To be clear, I've only seen this using the steering wheel controls. I don't use the Command Center volume controls much, but I've never had a problem with those.

I have seen this since I got my car back in both directions (+/-). I also only use the steering wheel controls. Oddly, it does not seem to happen with other controls, such as next/previous track, only with Volume.

That quick volume raise program code was intended for the windows. They just cut-and-paste to the wrong section ;-)

Haha - funny though that one of the Fisker guys said that the window motors were quite powerful but speed was just electronically limited. Windows do seem to crawl up/down!

I have had the same issue and know that Fisker is working on it. Also seems to be only with the steering wheel control, so thanks to LonePalmBJ to suggest using the other controls until the bug is fixed - probably with 6.15 due out early March

It's too bad also, since the steering wheel volume/mute is really the only steering wheel control I use (the radio station fwd/back rocker switch is too finicky for my taste).

I was told some speakers had to be replaced because of this issue.

I hate the volume bugs. Not just this one, but the inablity to set a different volume level for radio, nav, and bluetooth phone.

Ah yes, I forgot to mention this in my #51 in the shop thread. I experienced the audio volume bug, fortunately it was in the decreasing volume direction.
