It's getting about that time for new tires, but the local Goodyear dealer can't find any!!

Any suggestions?

I'm not quite in the red yet, but it's not far from it.

For future readers, here's the link to the back tires:

I just now placed the order, these are literally the only tires that TireRack has available to fit! I called all of the dealers within 100 miles and no one else could get anything at all!

They don't come up as a fit when you enter your car, so you have to find them manually. A rep at TireRack pointed out that these tires have a lower speed rating than what is recommended for the car, which is why they don't come up. He said "you may notice the handling and steering to feel lazier, less responsive". That's a bit of a concern since I love my curves, but I don't really have much of an option.

They only had 4 front tires and 5 back tires available when I placed my order, so if you're getting close to needing them then I'd recommend going ahead and getting them now! I'm worried that we might not have any options at all in the near future :-O

Because of this talk about the tires being hard to find, and mine getting rather worn, I went to my local shop and they were able to get me a pair of Eagle F1 tires for the front and they indicated the local distributer has a few more, as well. The local shop also had the distributer check with Goodyear and the rear tires are NOT YET designated as discontinued, but they also NOT in production at this time. I will check back in a month or so. If needed, I get a pair of Yokahamas for the rear.

Stock has increased to 10 now, but they generally seem to be in stock. Thankfully, these same tires fit a more popular truck (can't remember which model). I wouldn't mind getting a set to have on hand for later, but they don't age well in a Florida garage, so I'll hold off as long as I can.

Here is another option if your looking for a set of Rims too (Revero MY18).

You would just have to change out your TPMS sensors - looks like they have a "Decent" set of rubber on them too.

Overall - good deal.
