I live in a city with alot of construction and so the roads are up and down. At least once a day I get a scrape along the front bottom.

Today I was parking in the mall and the parking bumper stoppers were higher than usual. Didnt notice. Scratched up the front plastic bumper part.

Any of the auto detailing types here know how to fix this? Can I "buff" it out? Fill it the scratches with some sort of black paint? Touch up paint and then shine it or something?

Thanks

Pretty much every car I have ever owned had ended up with scraped front air dams sooner or later. Just think of them as battle scars and move on. If the car is your daily driver, it's going to get a little nicked up sooner or later. There is no point in driving yourself crazy over it, and fixing each little scrape is also pointless because you will be doing it endlessly. Just try to practice some Zen with your Karma.

I have the same issue. I live in NYC ( Manhattan) and get scraped quite frequently. I asked my dealer for touch up paint which was finally delivered two weeks ago but the paint was dry! It hurts me every time I hear the scraping noise. I tought of puting a bra but was told it won't help. Guess when it gets bad will repaint the whole front or something.

Ad,

Do you drive your car much in the city? I live/work in Midtown and have yet to see a Karma in the wild here...

Not that much- about twice a week. I live in midtown east and work downtown. As u know whenever one drives a Fisker heads turn. Hard to miss one in the "wild".

Ah, I'm on the west side. We should grab a coffee one day and share Karma stories.
