Meantime it turns out amplifier of the subwoofer causes the problem. To able to fix it we should know the location of amplifier/subwoofer in the car.

Does anybody know it? Thanks!

Ciu is shorted I've had that happen a dozen times. Sound is unbearable. Reach under the rear hat shelf and pull the plug on the center deck speaker and it'll stop. But you lose your bass. Need a new CIU. There is no seperate amp. It's all built into ciu.
Make sure the water intrusion repair is done in conjunction.

Does this happen when the car is driven in the rain? if it goes away when its been dry for a while you may still be able to salvage the CIU
Otherwise as everyone else said you will need to have the water intrusion repair and a replacement CIU installed along with a good cleaning to the connector as that will get really corroded as well
