Heres some pics from my archives of why you should really use reputable, trained people to service your Karma, and these are only a couple of examples. Be careful out there. These mistakes can get costly to fix.
first 2 pics show what happens when a tow truck hooks the car without using the tow hook and grabs it from the steering tie rod which by the way is not an available part. (Second pic is is a straight one)
3rd and 4th pics show what can happen when an untrained tech puts a karma on the lift without knowing where the high voltage wiring harness runs. Pinched harness and caused a nightmare intermittent hv fault and no start for the customer(and me).
