Just got an email under the signature of Marti Eulberg, VP Global Marketing at Fisker, pointing to a survey that asks questions about smartphone usage. He writes:
"As we approach the production phase and rollout of your Fisker Karma, we would like to ask you a few questions pertaining to your Mobile Phone Usage which will aid us in the development of several owner exclusive mobile apps to enhance your ownership experience.
"At your earliest convenience, please take this short -- anonymous -- questionnaire regarding your mobile phone use so that we can better approach creating this owner exclusive app to add to your Fisker driving experience."
I wonder of they have anything innovative in mind.
Heh, I'm actually an iPhone developer and I had sent Fisker's marketing team an email back in like December offering my services, but I never heard back.
I got the same questionnaire as well. I hope they don't ignore the needs of the BlackBerry crowd (such as yours truly) by only developing apps for iphones.
Volt limited their apps to Blackberry, iPhone, and Droid. So, I think you are good Fabulist; however, I am worried that being a Palm owner, I will definitely be left out do to the limited market share of Palm which is less than the other three by a longshot. As you can see:
