Steve,
We all feel your pain, brother. As far as I know, all the US dealers have shut down their Fisker operations. Some still offer service on cash basis, but no parts. I Hope it turns out to be a minor issue. I have read a few postings about similar situations where just letting the car sit for a while (10 - 15 minutes) and then restarting it solved the problem long enough to let the owner get home. Did you try that? I used to drive an older Jaguar and my wife and I were used to having to sit on the side the road while the car came to its senses, but it's not a routine experience for many car owners.
Best of luck.
