Could someone please post the reboot procedure? If/when I get my car back, it might be good to know. I haven't been able to find it, but sounds like it came in handy for one of our members near Orlando. Would be good for all of us to know.

Soft Reboot: "...they told me to reset the computers you had to turn off the car and lock it with the key, then wait "5 minutes" until the lights in the gear selection buttons went out. I did that when I got home and the car appears fine at this point." - Fnorrod

Hard Reboot: I was told there is a large cable/plug under the hood (passenger side), I guess it connects to the main battery & disconnecting it effectively performs a hard reset. Probably the last thing you'd want to try... if nothing else works.
Does anyone have pics of said cable?

The connector does not fully release because the cables are tie-wrapped. However, you will know when you have successfully disconnected because the car alarm will go off. Plug the connector back in and press unlock on the key fob to stop the horn from sounding.

Hi All ,
Bilarone here from Morocco Africa , happy owner of a white Eco sport Fisker :) bought in Spain from official dealer that went bankrupt , I left my car charging during 24 hours and now I have a message indicating a HIGH voltage battery failure go to dealer message , as I m 2000 miles from the nearest service center ( France ) , the car don't want to start , I can only go to neutral , is there a solution hard or soft reset that I can do myself ? Thanks

@Bilarone, please accept a heartfelt مرحبا (or Bienvenue, if you prefer) to the community. I would think that yours is the only Fisker Karma in Morocco, and probably in North Africa. Sorry that you are having problems. There are a number of actual experts on this board that will most likely provide useful information on your problem. I just wanted to welcome you and wish you a swift and reasonable resolution.
Many thanks Fab , I appreciate it , looking forward to find some solution , I love this car even with its problems ...
I have two Karmas in Africa the only choice you have at this point is doing a hard reset . Both of the cars I have in Africa had to have the VCM removed sent to me and have them reflashed . Now one of them has a bad CIU the other seems to be fine .
