Alright guys.. so I had the pleasure of taking it to the track...

5kw generator with 5 gallons of gas, 240v charger

lap times of 1:51
average speed around track 89mph

pushed the car to the limits without any problems. even pushed battery down to 7%

30 minutes on the track brought the battery from 100% all the way down to 30% in a matter of 30 minutes with ICE running

5 gallons of gas charged the car from 7am - 4pm before running out of gas... probably would give 2 full charges...
trip meter shows 18mpg after 280 miles
I have tons of pictures and video but wish to keep my anonymity due to backlash from FA

I left the traction control on the whole time.. around the track it would come on about 3-4 times.. I'm no professional driver but for me it seemed there was very little under steer.. the car is so heavy it felt like it was on rails... plus I could not really accelerate through the track very much.. felt like I had my foot through the floor the whole time trying to get the thing to go.. I kept the car going at a pretty good rate of speed carrying as much speed into the turns as possible.

I have noticed a longer lasting battery now.. just driving it for a few days doing the same trips that I do every day I am putting the car in the garage with 26 miles remaining 2 days in a row.. before I would be at 18 miles..

maybe conditioning the battery into the sub 5% was a good thing :)

Very interesting! How many miles is the trip (that used to take you down to 18 miles)? Are you continuing to experience the improved range?

the trip is 7 miles each way.. when I get to the office in a little bit of traffic my miles always show 37
then to lunch and back it would go to about 31-32

then home its free sailing so I run it at 95mph for about 5 miles on the freeway and pull into my garage at 18-19 left.

noticed I put it away at 26 one day, today was 24... still no where near 19miles...

realistically I only get 30-35 miles a day on the battery.

normal days I put 16-18 miles on the car and it goes to sleep with half a battery.

due to the car being fully covered for all wear, oil, brakes, etc.. I just don't want them to come back and say it was abuse and void the warranty.. I had chrysler void my warranty because they claimed abuse.. I've heard of bmw voiding warranties and maintenance on their cars unless you bought the M series. :)

its got brembo brakes so that means its meant for the race track right? haha Mercedes is the only company I have had good experience with.. they replace my rotors twice and my pads 2 times due to overheating.. all under warranty in a span of 18k miles
when your stopping a car that weighs 6200lbs the brakes heat up! :)

I am actually bummed because if you go on fiskerautomotive.com the picture of the red car has cross drilled rotors.. and it says in the description that they are cross ventilated.. whatever the hell that means.. :)
[hr]
plus fisker monitors this forum heavily so watch that picture disappear with the cross drilled rotors

haha.. here it is
