question for Dutch Fisker owners

Hi Dutch Karma owner,

I was just wondering why this sub forum is not been used yet.

As a country with a lot Fiskers owners it should be nice to share information (if available)...maybe we can contribute something to the main forum.

Cheers.

These sub forums are typically used for coordinating, and communicating about, local gatherings and events. The main forums are used by owners from all over the world to communicate about subjects of common interest. Obviously, this is not a rule, just how the usage has evolved.
I understand and you are right that the flow of info has to go via the main forum.
Maybe we should just start using it, for the dutch owners.
When it comes to technical issues or issues that are of broad interest we still can divert to the mainstream screens.

It is higly unlikely that we visit the US gatherings and we are hardly interested in US dealer reviews. So my take is that when it cames to typical dutch issues we use this "local " forum.

Kunnen we ook nog eens iets in het nederlands schrijven.
best regards,

ARV
Well, I have a typical Dutch owners question.

When we all upgraded our cars to "dutch edition" for tax purposes, we were also promised extra range. Did anyone notice any difference in this aspect? mine still starts at 81 km, and I do not notice any extra range.
I don't know of any extra range that came with that software. It only affected emissions.

The battery threshold for the ICE to come on was lowered from 15% SOC to 10% SOC to allow you to drive longer on battery power. This reduced CO2 output to 47g/km.

So technically you should have more EV range but thats under ideal conditions. I don't remember if the range indicator will actually show higher range (86km?) availability.
After my upgrade (Dutch Edition) I noticed the range is longer. It is true that it still starts at 81km. However you have probably noticed the engine doesn't start at 0km. It takes another 5-6km (on the highway) to start. That is the extra range. For me it is quite noticeable. My daily drive is 71km (oneway on the highway). Since the the upgrade I am able to do that under "summer" circumstances on the batteries. (speed around 100km/h)
