there were a bunch of things the sales people told me would be different on production (headliner, noise reduction.....) How much of the car is being made with the same parts car to car. Is it truley a production car or a bunch of cars being produced with parts until they get it right?

Will car 1000 be the same as car 3000 or is it kind of a lego construction with pieces out of several differnt sets?

I don't think the description 'lego construction with pieces' does the building process at Valmet or the Fisker Karma justice. The first few hundred cars may need a refit with the new muffler system and some software updates, but it's not like dozens of makeshift parts are being used. We haven't heard of any other issues (and I think we would have, if there were any more major ones).
