Perhaps a step in the right direction.

I just received word that the regional service rep will arrive at my dealership tomorrow to deal with my car. Hopefully that means that 6.13 and a solution are forthcoming. I can't believe that they would fly someone out to look at the car if a solution was not available, so here's hoping!

Great news! Please keep us updated.
Just got word that they are working on my car with software ready to load. Keeping my fingers crossed.
6.12 was installed today, 6.13 goes in tomorrow morning. They are still waiting for a new cooling fan, but I didnt know my cooling fan had a problem. Still hoping this is going to get the job done.

Odd that they have to load both versions. Still, sounds like progress is being made.

Perhaps one builds on the other. I didn't think to ask why. At this point, I am just thrilled to be moving forward.

Wise choice.

Sequential patching is not at all uncommon.

Anyone who has used Windows for any length of time knows that to be the case. In this case though, given how long it takes to load each version of the software on the car, it would have been more efficient to combine all the patches into a single update.

Turns out that it is a "test version" of 6.13 they plan to load.
