I've been shopping around for a "fun" weekend car for awhile. Started with the Porsches (911s and Panameras) but just fell in love with the Karma. FB has been a great resource and Lormax has been very generous with this time in answering all my questions. Been looking at a few and just pulled the trigger early this week.
The car is a deep ocean blue Karma, VIN 1132 with about 3,600 miles. This is one of the two cars that was used in the movie "Paranoia" but unfortunately when Fisker released the car, the "special" front grill was removed and replaced with the original grill (I'll post some pics of the "special" grill). Lormax was working on the car last week when Fisker engineers changed the grill out and he was told that Fisker does not let out prototype parts. Lormax did observe that the grill was held in the housing with glue and toothpick shims. Interesting enough, the other car was released with the "special" grill. Lormax is looking to duplicate the grill as an after market part.
Needless to say, I love the car and enjoying it!
