Hello to all. Signature 29. To begin with, this is the most enjoyable and unique car I have ever owned. I have had the vehicle for three weeks and have had some computer related problems that have been and are being addressed. I also shared the same trepidations some have posted prior to delivery with all the negative press. I understand. Yet, there are so many good things about this car and the driving experience that have not been talked about having been overshadowed as the problems occur. Having had many other vehicles, this car is so much different than all the others. People need to see this car. A perfect example was when I drove it to a fundraiser for the local Fireman at an auto show displaying all types of cars. Everyone wanted to know about the car asking if it was all electric, who makes it, cost, etc. Unfortunately bad press is the only press getting out. Men, women, young and old, everyone loved the car. The Fisker Karma was by far the most sought after vehicle and it helped a good cause. I will post photos later. Getting lost in all of the press is that this car IS special so along with it WILL be expected special problems. Lower than expected EPA mileage for example. I have conducted my own EV range tests with day to day driving already. I reset my trip odometer, and when the fully charged 50 range is depleted I confirm the "true" range I achieved. 38-40 miles is the range which I have consistently achievd as an average so far. BMW, Porsche, Maserati, have nothing over this car when it comes to looks period. The technical issues are real and will be addressed and hopefully solved over the next several months. However, this car is the ONLY car I have ever owned that IS worthy of putting up with these "expected" issues. No problem. Sincerely, Alan

Wow, I am curious for those people who have Signature Editions below #51, mine, how you found out about the Fisker Karma, as I had my deposit down before the NAIAS debut, as I imagine you all did, or you knew someone, or someone cancelled their deposit and you lucked out.

I found out about it in the Nov-Dec issue of Current EVents.

Welcome to the forum Naples29 and you are so correct only the bad parts are coming out having to do with Fisker automotive .All these problems are being looked into and the engineers are working 24/7 to get them resolved I can also say that all the Fisker Dealers are doing what ever is necessarily to make the customers happy no matter what it takes . I've personally have been working close to 12 hour days to make out customers happy with their purchase's

Lucked out. My original order placed very early but all SE's gone. Asked to be placed on wait list and would take it if available. About a year later it was offered to me. Beautiful comibination as I am sure you would agree.[hr]

Thank you. Keep up the good work. I am convinced the more these cars are out there, the higher the demand. I literally have had 2 people roll down windows and ask where to get it and both in 100K plus cars themselves.

I couldn't agree with your comments more, personally I think the overall press is actually very good. The negative press is to be expected at this stage, afterall no one thought the Karma would ever be produced. As Karma owners we are naturally early adopters, we get what goes with innovation. I read almost every post on this forum before taking delivery last week so I did so with my eyes wide open and would do it again..... Bring on 6.15 baby!
