You may need new mirror motors. The software bug caused the motors to run until they burned out. I was advised not to enable the feature until the bug was fixed. Your dealer should be able to replace the motors for your and upgrade the software.

This is a correct statement. Upon power close and stay close for a priod of time, the mirror motors burn out. You'll know as the mirrors can then be moved easily by hand either directions. The power adjustment continues to work and the mirrors will stay put and not move by wind at high rates of speed.
