I have seen that some of you have been having problems getting your mirrors to fold either in or out after a while, but while mine still work fine I just have one question, when I hit the lock button the mirror don't fold in for like 30sec after I locked it, I was just wondering if everyone has this delay and if so why they do that? not really a big problem I just don't see why the wouldn't fold in immediately.

Auto fold has to be enabled, and i believe so does easy entry/exit. additionally i think it has to wait for the power acc delay timer to finish, so your delay may be set at 30 secs. it is under the system - settings section.

That is correct. Setting both options in System settings did this for me. I great idea and I do not mind the delay. I actually prefer the delay.

Personally, I do not like the delay. Every other car that I have owned that has an autofold option folds the mirrors immediately when the car is locked. I use the mirrors folding to confirm that the car is in fact locked.

I'd have to play around with the settings to see if the time can be cut down. I turned the honk off and use the lights to flash when it is locked, same as my BMW X6. I did't like the honk, so the lights flashing seemed a nice option. I guess it is a personal preference. If the mirrors won't fold up immediately maybe that could be a software feature in the future. Seems pretty simple, but I'm not a car software engineer.

I agree with Dennis, especially as the power accessory delay may be set very long (e.g. 15 mins) in order to charge a plugged in phone or iPad, for example. I'd love an option to autofold as soon as the car is locked.

It is buried in settings somewhere. Off the top of my head I can't remember, but I was able to turn it off and now the lights just blink when I lock it. The mirror fold seems to be linked to the exit/entry settings... But I could be wrong on that. I'm still playing around with settings...
