I think it's time for Karma owners to start bragging about their fuel mileage and debunk some of the negative press with real world numbers. We also can share tips on extending mpg of gasoline. I run Stealth whenever possible, try to get home with only a few miles of battery remaining and tend to do lots of short trips. I use Sport for times I need the extra oomph like passing and merging. I don't yet have many miles but the after the first 210 topping off the tank only took 1.8 gallons for an estimated 116 mpg. Granted electricity isn't free but still pretty impressive.:D

I posted a photo of my energy flow screen showing 185 MPG from my commute on FB and tagged "Fisker Automotive." It got a few good comments.

Awesome! With less time spent in Sport and showing friends the acceleration I'm sure 200 mpg is achievable.

On 6.13 the MPG maximum is 409MPG. - I did it last week commuting to/from work. It was a bummer, I was hoping to get to 1000MPG for the week when it maxed out.

I have been floating around 55 to 60. I plan on posting some fuel costs too, once I decide to do a reset on the trip odometer.

I've done around 500 miles since I last reset the trip computer and I'm getting exactly 100mpg right now. However, I don't trust it because it pinned out at 409 for a while and then suddenly appeared to reset itself to 0 one day. Not sure if those are just display errors, or data errors that affect the aaverage.

I'm getting about 75 miles per gallon, but that's just because the last 8 miles I need to go to Sport Mode. Getting just a few miles more, in warmer weather, will already double that to 150 mpg. And it could even become infinite mpg. Brian, I hope it was just a bug that it wouldn't go higher than 409 mpg. So we can all have a competition who gets most (with pictures as proof)!

Since the ICE comes on to purge the lines and pressurize the tank every time you fill up the car, you will never see Infinite Miles/Gallon since the denominator will never actually be zero. We could get pretty close though. 409 is such a weird limit though. Not sure where that comes from.
