Has anybody gotten the indicator light that suggest that you need to replace the battery on your key fob? It just came on for me. Is this a DIY or do you need to take it in to the dealer? I took delivery in December 2011... the battery doesn't seem to have lasted that long.

Did you look in the car's manual first? I am certain this is covered.

The Fisker Techs and other experts on this forum are being very generous with their time and advice, and we should not tax their time for something trivial like this that can be easily found in the car's documentation. Let's reserve their time for more significant questions.

turn the remote over to the flat side use a small pick or a pocket screw driver and pop off the cover the battery is a standard 2032 battery place the positive side up on the new battery . You pop the cover just below the release button for the valet key
