Does anyone know if the warranty on a Karma is strictly from the manufacturer or if the dealer also has some sort of implied warranty? The reason I ask is that I am wondering what would happen if Fisker went out of business and my Karma needed servicing or repairs.

If you are that worried I would suggest either not buying the car or buying an aftermarket warranty.

The 50 month warranty is from Fisker Automotive. They also pay for all of the regular service in the warranty period, so the annual oil change on the ICE, etc.
