Anyone attached a bicycle rack to the Fisker? if so, what brand/model and are you happy with it? Any pictures would be much appreciated.

What could be more green then stealth mode to the bicycle trails (can't really ride to the trail safely)? I'd like to use the Fisker, as it beats loading my bike it into my SUV!)

Yes... I put together the perfect bike rack for the Fisker Karma. It is a combination of the Sea Sucker Bike Rack and the Yakima King Cobra. Since there is no place to store the tire with just the the SeaSucker solution, the Yakima roof rack will accommodate my Cannondale Lefty MTB without having to take off the front wheel. Hope this helps.

Looks a bit scary to me, especially with it being attached to the solar panel.

I'd probably prefer to try to fabricate a trailer hitch receiver and then get one of the many bike racks that attach to that. That way nothing touches the body.

It has been a few weeks and the suction cup rack is doing great. ( i haven't gone past 65 mph)... Goes on and off easy, fits in trunk, no worries about scratches and no ugly tow bar in back. Nothing is more green than a plug-in with a bike on top. (yes, looks better with no rack)

I picked up the seasucker paddle board rack so I can carry anything large on top of the car. System is really slick and stores easily in the trunk. Seasucker has lots of accessories so you can modify the rack to pretty much whatever your needs are. I decided on the board rack because it had (6) suction cups vs (4) as additional safety factor in case the cups lost suction. So far so good.

On my Model S there is a strip of plastic that is adjacent to the panoramic sunroof that has a pre-threaded input for a roof rack (pic attached)

I wonder if this strip of plastic on the Karma can be modified to allow for the installation of a roof rack?

Hmmm, P90XMC2 was the previous owner of my car. There is scratch just below the center of the reverse light. I wonder if that was from a bike peddle and how he mounted a bike rack. I don't know and personally I wouldn't do anything that would even have the potential to scratch the car. PowerSource has an option, but I believe it involves replacing the roof with a panoramic to get mounting points.

Bumping this thread....anybody come up with something else for bicycles?
At Joe Ferrante's (@Fiskerphilly) second annual event in October, there was a vendor selling a vacuum cup anchored roof rack for the Karma that seemed to work really well on the glass on the roof of Karma's solar panels. I did not save the information for the vendor, but I did find these photos in my archives from the event.

They did not seem Karma-specific but Karma's glass top seemed to work really well with the vacuum pads anchors. Maybe Joe can give you a steer in their direction.
