Does anyone know what generation IPod is compatible with the Fisker using the cable connection? Has anyone tried it?

It should be "any USB-based iPod". They all charge off 5V. I have an old FireWire-based iPod in my old car, with an Alpine head unit that drives it, and it only supplies 12V (so that a newer USB-based iPod will transfer data and hence play music, but will not charge).

With all of the infotainment/computer issues I had with my car, frankly, the iPod hookup is about last on my list of things to worry about.

Frankly I'd like to know if it's another item that needs to be fixed since it happens to be part of the infotainment system. Since my car has been in my possession ~3 days out of 30 days of ownership I haven't had the chance to check it.
