If the air bag cover is lifting up off the dash board it has to be replaced not repaired . Fisker has the part in stock I've replaced a dozen of them . This problem is more prone in hotter climates .
The upper dash pad has to be removed in order to replace the cover . It's really not to hard a lot of screws and a few bolts behind the glove box and it lifts off the dash board . Aren't you close to any CSP ?
