I got an update on my order!

Apparently Fisker will paint Laguna cars a few months delayed, using up all their existing Laguna orders, and then discontinue the color.

This does mean delivery in June-ish instead of late April or May. On the one hand, more delay ... on the other, by then surely the command center bugs will all be fixed. :p

Anyway, if you want blue, you must now order Deep Ocean (which is a nice color, I just like the more-electric-looking Laguna better :D).

That's a One-77 for the price of a Karma :D
Wow, something to make me jealous of a non-SE car. lol.

Awesome. If they want to give me a one-77 instead of a Karma, I'll take it! Last I heard a few days ago was a 3/1 build date for my Laguna. I guess I'll have to get another update and change my signature a 4th time!
I'll bet that Laguna is going to Rock! I'm partial to Deep Ocean (I wonder why?) but It will be great to see the Laguna in the flesh!
So what's the problem that they will discontinue the color?

They didn't say, but, I'd bet they just don't have that many orders in the color in the first place, and don't want to futz around with trying to get more of it.

I saw a list of "most popular car colors" (either US or North America specific, though I think it covered at least US and Canada and possibly Mexico). Top of the list was silver, then beige, then black and white just about tied, then a steep drop down (to barely double digit percentages) for red, green, and blue.

I guess that explains why I never buy black, white or silver cars. :D
My last cars in reverse chronological order: Black, Silver, Black, Silver, Silver, Silver

I'm very excited about picking up my Deep Ocean :)
i think it looks very good in black, have only seen it in silver, shadow and inferno predproduction. thought the shadow should be more dark grey but it looked really good
My preference after having seen the Karma in person in Silver, Black, White, Shadow, and Deep Ocean is that the Silver really accentuates the lines best, followed by Shadow/Deep Ocean, White then Black. I have to admit, while I'm not generally a fan of White cars, it looks really good on the Karma.

On the interior, I really liked the Glacier Tritone after having seen it in the demo, followed by the Monsoon TriTone, EcoStandard Black, then Black Monotone. For me, it was too late to change the interior color - the Black is fine, albeit a little boring next to the Tritones!
so the black standard was ok? i really liked the canyon tritone but dont know if i am willin to pay the extra 13000 euro for it

I like the fact that it has a "leather" feel to it in the places where the EcoSport black has the alcantara/suede stuff.
i liked the blue alcantara in the eco chic, but i liked the lether more in canyon tritone, looked much more better in real life. I guess i will not have the chance to a standard since it is not so common.

Michael: That's the combination I have and it is fantastic and well worth the up charge, IMHO.

Is that really suede on the black mono and dune mono interior or is it alcantara? I've never seen a live pic of a dune interior only the Fisker animation on the website. Hope it looks OK as that's what I ordered.
