I was about to call BS when I read the thread title but then remembered you have a Latigo too
I got you with the ol' "bait and switch"...I should have been a car dealer!I was about to call BS when I read the thread title but then remembered you have a Latigo too![]()
You have a Latigio and a Karma...I think whatever profession you chose was the correct oneI got you with the ol' "bait and switch"...I should have been a car dealer!
I do like Henrik Fisker's designs. Not sure where he will land in all this, but he hasn't designed his last car. My collection includes a good cross section of his work...just missing the Z8! Here is a family photo, where you see the DNA-based resemblance.I had to look up the Latigo to see what is was. Looks like an awesome car. I hope Fisker continues to work as a designer for FA no matter who ends up owning the company.
It's not just the profession. He was obviously very good at it.You have a Latigio and a Karma...I think whatever profession you chose was the correct one![]()
Looks like quite a collection! They definitely look like siblings, and all 3 are stunning.I do like Henrik Fisker's designs. I'm pretty sure that wasn't Henrik's car, but if I had known it was going up for auction, I would have jumped at it. That was a $250K++ car, so $70K would be a huge bargain. Here is the link to the Mecum (you were right) sales info:You should have bought the Tramonto Convertible that Fisker was selling at Monterey (Mecum I think). Sold for $70k which was a bargain. Not sure if it was a CB car or Henrik's personal car as he was there.
You have a great looking family. Congratulations! I would have loved to see you smoke the Tesla.I do like Henrik Fisker's designs. A man's gotta find work wherever he can, eh?Wow Dave_Car_Guy, I'm sure that beats the pick up truck Henrik was driving parked in the background...
Hmm, that would be a surprise. I thought the other one was in Southern California (there are only two in the world - prototype car #000 and mine, #001). I am in NorCal (Danville) but was not driving it around today on the Peninsula. So if you did see the other Latigo, that was #000, which is built on a 645i. A rare sighting!! I need to find that guy and get the two siblings together!Someone was driving a Latigo in our Town around 2:30 p.m. this afternoon. I wonder who has one in NorCal? Dennis, do you know?
