I'm on the hunt for a Fisker n was wondering if there is a certain production date that has most of the bugs worked out or something else that is important to stay away from don't wNt to make a mistake and one other thing where do we go for service

I VE LOST MY BATERY POWER AND MY CAR IS LOCKED! ( I WAS AWAY FOR 3 MONTHS)
THE CHARGER WONT CONNECT AND i CANT GET INTO THE ENGIN ( I THINK)......
1) HOW DO i GET INTO MY kARMA?
2_ HOW DO I GEWT IT TO TAKE A CHARGE?
