Been a depositor since Jan. 2010. Have been off and on excited about the car. With all the delays, I've actually gone car shopping twice, but have so far come back empty-handed, so I'm still in line to get my Fisker.

If there's any rumors/details about the Boston demos/deliveries, I'd love to hear it.

If I went car shopping, I would also come back empty-handed. So far nothing on the market comes close to the Karma.

That's my feeling as well and Fisker is well ahead of everyone else, even with the delays. The closest alternative, the Tesla S, is not going to show up until mid-late 2012, so for now anyway, Fisker seems to be the only game in town.

While I love the idea of green sports car, I'm not necessarily restricting myself to hybrids. I actually love the look of the Fisker. It was that which attracted me to the car when I first saw it (before I even had read that it was a hybrid!).

To be honest the only other vehicle that has hotly contested the Fisker for a spot in my garage is the GranTurismo S. Totally different beasts from the engine standpoint, but many similarities with: great exterior styling, great interior fit and finish, room for clubs in the trunk, decent room for 4 grown adults, etc.
