Is there a way to tell which key fob is the primary and which is the secondary?

Or do you just try set the seat position etc... and see which one sticks?

You can set and name each key in the settings screen in the command center. This will cause the seat preferences to be specific to each key, and you can tell in the settings screen which key you currently have in the car.
