Have any of you guys noted a clicking sound when turning the front wheels left or right in parking situations? Dealer says it is a corrosion issue in the rotor area and there is a fix for it. Sounds like a weird explanation. Any ideas?

I had the same problem. The dealer fixed it when I had the 615 update. They re-torqued some bolts and applied some anti-seize compound and all is well.

Ask your dealer about TSB #254120035.01

When my car went in for the failed Torque coupling between the ICE and the generator they also did the 6.15 update and an exhaust system update of some kind. As I was pulling the car out of the service area I notice a really loud clicking noise when the wheel was turned hard to the side. My service manager (A great guy BTW) ran over and told me he was aware of the problem and that the next time I got it serviced they would fix it. Well the noise got worse and worse and I was just about to suffer the slings and arrows of having the car flat-bedded to the dealer and then I drove in a bunch of very heavy rain and the noise stopped. Go figure. Apparently it's a known problem that at least in some cases comes and goes. I talked to my guy at Fisker Miami and he said they will fix it for good next time it's in for service. Probably 6.20 install.

My car is at the dealer today for this issue (clicking sounds when you make a sharp left or right turn). It has to do with clips on the brakes, which have to be fixed and/or greased. It's a well-known issue, nothing serious and the fix is easy.

Got this done ICW software upgrade to 6.15 last week, along with getting two pieces of trim that were damaged on delivery replaced and my floor mats. My Karma has never been better, USB working great andthe only fault I have noticed since is a failure of the Ease of Entry/Exit to work occasionally on entering the car (FOB detection issues still?)

They need to remove the front wheels. Apply brake cleaning solution to the part of the wheel that touches the hub and scrub it with a Scotch Brite pad. If I recall correctly what Nimisys said corruptly. Mine was done once and the clicking has not returned.

What needs to be done is the hub needs to be cleaned and rust free after that is done apply Anti-Seize compound to the hub area and retorque the wheels to factory specs . If that is done correctly and the noise returns a TSS should be submitted .
