Fisker owners, I have 2 brand new Fisker battery packs for sale (these are the "good" ones)

Fisker Part# C131118001001

One battery located in Atlanta, GA, the other located in Vancouver, BC

I can ship these anywhere at buyers expense. Looking for best offer plus applicable shipping fees. Will accept credit card payment or wire transfer, Batteries have been stored in manufacturers original crate (A123) and stored in warehouses in applicable cities. Please send reply or contact information to anyone interested in buying one or both of these batteries. Thanks in advance.

I was in my Fisker garage today in Switzerland and told the guys that I have seen this two batteries for selling. They were very interested because there are virtually no spare parts for Fiskers on the European Market. 14K$ seem to me not a bad offer.

So they are still technically owned by Fisker?
Shipping company wasn't paid for shipping batteries .These batteries were slated for delivery to a Fisker down here . Since the dealership didn't know who the shipping company was and Fisker had all ready closed down the batteries became property of the shipping company . It's hard to say who owns the batteries at this point .

The shipping company is holding them for ransom.Only one battery was for South . I tried buying the battery but was told it was for another South dealer. So now sale now a year later they are trying to sell it

With that uncertainty, I'll stay away. I already have a battery for sale that the history is easily tracked, it came out of the stripped car I posted photos of. Info is in the Parts and Accessories section.

If these batteries were listed as part of the Bankruptcy estate, I would think that they belong to Fisker++ and the shipping company can't just hold them hostage and sell them. I am not a BK lawyer, but I would be very nervous about the ownership rights to these batteries. I am not accusing anyone of doing anything dishonest, just that things get complicated in a bankruptcy proceeding and you need to tread carefully. Obviously, if Fisker++ acknowledges that the batteries are free and clear, you are good to go.

I'd imagine that some kind of lein was put against these allowing for the shipping company to recoup costs, much like a mechanics lien. ****, fisker's entire parts inventory was available at one point for < 10% of its value in unpaid storage costs.

For sure, the true ownership is greatly in question. Stay away.
