Sleep deprivation is not good for fine motor skills and cognitive thinking. So, I am not sure this is the right way. I am hoping that they are on reasonable shifts.

I couple shares of common stock would be a nice gesture. As for hats and stuff, I would rather have free stuff for the car: like mats, clearbra, or Siruis subscription.
