You can't you need to have a set powder coated if your interested I have a set very low mileage that are orginal and can have them powder coated here and shipped overseas . I can only imagine the cost . We should have a contest who can guess the total cost .

I once sent a set of 288 GTO wheels to Hong Kong. It was over $900 in shipping costs. I'm sure I was getting screwed but glad the buyer was paying.

We ship wheels all over the World. Depending on the required speed (overnight vs say 5 days) and the specific country, it isn't always as expensive as you'd imagine.

If you want all-Black, have them Powdercoated here. Harleyguy likely has someone, else I can recommend a great powder-coater of wheels in Miami who is also very quick, picks up and delivers locally as-well.
