They must read this forum, because I finally received a call from them yesterday. As Harleyguy said, they will only provide service in a limited capacity. They are uncertain of their future relationship with Fisker, but state they are willing to try to fix the cars when parts become available. I have a problem with my left gauge (speedometer) which is barely visible for the past year. Fisker of Tampa reports that since parts are not available yet, nothing can be done. The car is still driving fine, and I am using the digital speedometer in the center of the dash instead. It seems that Harleyguy and Lormax have had access to parts, so I am not sure why Fisker of Tampa does not. Hopefully, Fisker of Tampa will renew their commitment once Wanxiang has the company up and running again.
