A group of car dealers in Massachusetts just lost their case against Tesla selling direct to consumers as reported here. It's not as big a victory as it may appear because the Supreme Judicial Court based its ruling on the fact that the plaintiffs sued under the wrong law.
What was really surprising to me was that one of named plaintiffs is Fisker Norwood, which appears to be an actual Fisker dealer that is still in business, at least judging by their website.
Has anyone had dealings with Fisker Norwood? Is this a real dealership or they just keeping up the website while the case is being litigated? If they are real, they may be the closest operating Fisker dealer to me in New Hampshire.
