Fisker Karma qualify for HOV lane access in Florida?

Dealer claims my Fisker qualifies and I've seen it written up in articles about the Karma but on the Florida DOT web site it's not listed to qualify.

Does anyone know if it qualifies for HOV decal?

If so, what's the process to get it?
