You never want to see the name a company you like in the same headline as the word "conned". In this case, the alleged fraud is being blamed on the broker, not the company. Hope it all works out for the investors.

Absolutely no allegations of any improper conduct by Fisker, but the headline was pretty scary for just a second or two.
