It's all good in my opinion. Ive had mine up to 105 and claimed top speed is 125.

He should consider wrapping it in Rader Absorbant Material instead of that highly reflective chrome wrap. He'd need to wrap his car in invisibility. It's also led to a spate of "What's a Fisker" news stories which are effectively free commercials for the car. Here's one article and news segment that appeared on the NBC affiliate in LA.
