The Board of Directors is led by Chairman Ray Lane, Managing Partner at Kleiner Perkins Caufield and Byers. Before joining KPCB, Ray was President and Chief Operating Officer of Oracle Corporation.

The addition of Dr. Hans-Joachim Schöpf and Mr. Barry Huff to the Fisker Board of Directors ensures the company will continue to benefit from a diversity of knowledge and opinions.

Dr. Schöpf has an automotive career spanning 38 years that includes some of the most senior positions in the German automotive industry. He has worked for large OEMs and served on the boards for Ballard Power Systems, Vancouver, and Valmet Automotive, the highly regarded contract manufacturer assembling the Fisker Karma.
