Not to anyones surpise, I wanted to share my recent experience with Adam. He is the upmost well respected and honest guy in the car business I have ever dealt with. I sent him my Karma and he had it fixed up within a week and got all the issues resolved. We had to replace the HVAC unit as well as a cooling fan and he got it all done quite fast. We even got my extra key programmed in a jiffy. If anyone needs service/repairs I def recommend bringing your car to him. A++ service. Thanks Adam...

Any chance that the extra key programming could be done "remotely" (Philly)?
It's not a real easy process. It is possible but it takes 15 minutes per attempt and fails often. I'd feel better doing it in person as there's several "tricks" and critical timing involved
Key programming is hard enough to do when we're sitting at the car.If the programming fails which sometimes it does it can brick the VCM which has happened .

Thank you glad we got the car fixed finally
Our local guy (Corey) who just got certified by Fisker/Elux ... couldn't get my replacement key fob to program. Didn't kill the VCM, just spent 2 days and came up empty. He had the service memo on doing from Fisker. Are there "other tricks" you might share? He was down to saying I'd need to send my keys & VCM back to Fisker -- I didn't want to be without the car for that many weeks for just this.
Southeast U.S. has no reason not to go to Harleyguy. He's a great technician and we're lucky to have him supporting our cars.
