With all these bugs, I worry that the car wont be "ready" as if it was new day one until a few months or years.

Anyone looked into an extended warranty from a third party or Fisker?

Agreed. Most likely the Nina power system (BMW Engine + 2-Speed Transmission) would probably surpass the Karma power train at that point and would be the standard for both cars.

I've always kept my cars as long as possible. I intend to do the same with the Karma. But that's just a general philosophy, not a specific plan.

You could even put it in the garden as a piece of art. I will hold on to mine for a long time!

I plan on keeping it for a long time, hence the purchase of a Signature Edition. I might make certain upgrades as time progresses, i.e. when the battery dies, replacing it probably will have no option other than to get a better one.
