Has anyone enabled this mode? if yes does it work well for them?

Not sure if this is a buggy or problematic area, hoping someone knows before I try it

It was working fine before 6.14. You have to get your seat set, activate Ease of Entry and Exit in the Command Center and press the SET button on the memory for the fob in use. As of 6.14, it now seems that I have to turn the car on and off once before it works turning it on the second time, which is BS. It is an extremely repeatable problem for me.

I had it activated at first but felt it made it more difficult to get in and out. When the seat slid all the way back it was hard to reach the switches and pedals on entry. On exit, it felt like I was climbing out of the back seat.

Agree with BillyO, it's actually harder to get in/out with this mode enabled.
Same problem as what BillyO has. I found it hard to reach the pedals/buttons on entry to start it up and getting out was more work too.

I agree with both sets of posters. I found that it worked erratically, and I often had to go in and out of ACC mode to make it work. Became frustrating, so I turned off the feature...and found that it was more comfortable in any event.

Correction - last night my son opened te door whie charging. Then this morning my pre-set on the radio where gone and easy entry stop working , and still does nt work. It also lost my seat position and bluethooth phone.

This is the first problem with my car after 80 miles.

I will look for the post but you shouldn't open the door while the charger is hooked up unplug the charger wait for the car too go to sleep that's when the gear indicator goes dark . If you open the door during charging you can induce a check engine light also . Re enter all you presets and try it again with the charger unplugged

I open the door with the car charging every morning. I don't have a 220v charger yet and I do this to see how much charge I have to know whether I will have to burn gas that day. I haven't noticed any particular new problems because I do this. But maybe it just perpetuates the problems I have?

Ditto. I hope this will be a feature that can be customized in the future, you know, to set the easy entry/exit setting just like setting the preferred driving position. When the seat is all the way back I can't reach the pedal on entry either, and also don't think it easier to get out when the seat is so far back. (hopefully there wouldn't be a rear passenger when that setting is activated.....)

Easy Entry Exit has worked when I set it, but each time, something else went wrong. Last time, I lost all my station memories. As soon as I turned it off, they all came back. Another owner friend of mine has experienced the same thing.

Maybe just a coincidence, but I'm not using it until there is another update.

I just experienced the same problem , just received 6.15. Btw, the bluetooth connection to my iPhone crackles and volume is sketchy. I just wished lasorda would of disabled features until they are ready and work to fix the more criticle issues and then just release updates when they are ready. The more I drive the car, the more I find issue - taking it to dealer tomorrow for noises I'm now hearing in the dash and when the ice comes on.[/align]

I believe Fisker is addressing the highest priority issues first. Since BT works for me, I don't want them to turn it off.

I had the noise you are referring to. My dealer found that there are two braided metal hoses that carry coolant to the inverter for the ICE/generator that is attached to the firewall. Those hoses were vibrating and contacting some other metal when the ICE was on, causing the noise.

Yes, iPhone4. I sometimes get the cackle/static on initial connection, but the conversation is clear and my callers say they can hear me just fine.

I had it on for a while and it worked most of the time, but I found that it was actually harder for me to get out of the car with the seat all the way back. I agree that if we could set it to just get the steering wheel out of the way, it would be a lot more useful.

[/size][/b]I enabled the Easy Entrance and Exit mode after 6.15 was installed, I thought the final position set was too far back and low, so I DISABLED the settings and everything is back to normal. Your comfort zone with this option is dependent upon your height and overall size. For Karma owners of med-smaller frames I don't think it is a good option.

The easy entry / exit setting is not working 100%.
Actually the entry does not work from time to time. Switching off and on acc mode has helped a few times.
Today I could not get the chair to move to the correct position via easy entry mode. Also some other settings were back to default, such as my horn thats sounds when I unlock the car while I had switched this feature off. Any one else with this problem ? Somehow it is related with easy entry/exit.
Will 6.20 fix this ?
