I haven't seen that but I have observed that when you open the door, the window actually opens just a bit to facilitate that, and when you close it again the window closes up to re-seal.Nin ja said:

Driver window seals
I'm experiencing an issue with my driver side window. It seems the seals and the window when close catch the seal on top and prevents the door from opening smoothly. At times it has been so hard to open I've had to open the windw to get out. It started about two weeks ago after my fan replacement. I've notified the dealer and was tod to stop for them to look at it - anyone experience anything similar ?

Actually mine does do that. Looks like my seal is catching the window when I open the door. If I leave the window down a 1/2 inch , it's catches more. If I role own 1 inch it does not catch. The passenger door is fine, and my driver window was fine till 2 weeks ago - could just be my car....
