So when I have some time I search for Fisker related things. While on eBay I found this http://www.ebay.com/itm/2012-FISKER...Parts_Accessories&hash=item27d411ccb4&vxp=mtr
I emailed the seller advising the fans he was selling weren't usable fans that more then likely someone went dumpster diving and found the fans we removed during the fan recall . I went on to explain the whole fire problem and the fans wires melting . I advised him to remove his auction because if he sold a fan and god forbid he started a fire he might be liable. If he doesn't remove the auction should I contact E Bay ?.

It looks like the seller ended the sale already. Good work, Harleyguy!
thats funny because i saw that yesterday myself and was thinking about buying it as a backup..

thank Harleyguy..
This is why for Army aviation maintenance when we remove a part that is to be condemned we are required to destroy it to the point of making it not feasible to return to service, i.e. cutting it into several pieces, smashing it beyond recognition, arc welding huge holes in it, etc.
