Did owners of the Fisker get the clear bra for their car?

If yes are they happy with it? how much was it?

Trying to decide whether to get it or not.

Right now I'm planning on getting it and the dealer will put it on for ~$2400

Yes, I am very happy with it. I did the front fascia, lower part of the hood, mirrors and rear fenders in front of the wheel for $2400.

Musique - Fisker Silicon Valley did my SE - it is currently there being serviced, if you go by on Monday you can see it. Their demo cars are also covered. I left the clear bra on the flares, you can see it from some angles, but in the past 3 weeks the flares have picked up a LOT of road dirt/stones/sap, so I'm glad I left it on.

Thanks. My car is supposed to arrive Monday morning so I do plan to go in and take a look.

Will ask to see other cars with the clear bra too :)

I saw it on the demo version but wasn't really sure if it was worth it and also how it would look with the diamond dust paint.

The clear bra does not detract at all from the Diamond Dust paint:

Can you notice in the sunlight, the parts that have the clear bra and the parts that do not? Also, removing the clear bra, does it affect the clear coat or paint in any way?

In general I have been against clear bras but made an exception to the rule for my Karma because a)the paint is so drop dead gorgeous b) the design of the car makes it very vulnerable to stone chips c) I believe any touch ups will be very visible d) I suspect this may be a very soft paint
It does not in any way detract from the sparkling. So far no one has even noticed the clear bra. The 3M product has a 5 year warranty and it probably will eventually yellow over time in which case it can be removed and if so desired replaced.

Can someone maybe post a picture showing the seam on their Karma where the clear bra ends?

When the clear bra is installed properly there will be no visible seams. If the installer is any good they will do it with one piece of film per body part. My R8 had the front end wrapped from the doors forward this way. All of the edges were wrapped around under the hood, fenders, etc... out of sight.

I will post pics this afternoon after the sun comes out. I have a clear bra line on both the hood and the rear fenders in front of the wheel.

there are also materials in color so you can change the color of the car with good result:)
Full car vinyl wraps are often used for matte finishes, which are very hard to do with paint. Like this Audi R8:

Wow - I can only imagine how awesome the Karma would look in matte... it's only a matter of time before someone does it!

I guess worst case scenario is if your paint does get chipped at, you could always install something like this vinyl wrap AFTER and have basically a brand-new looking car.

I saw a car with Clear Bra when I picked my car up and went ahead and had it installed on my car last week. There is a definite line where the clear bra ends on the hood but it is very hard to see, especially on my Black car. They also covered the back of the mirrors and the edges of the doors. I have not made up my mind fully on whether I want them to do the full hood or not, but I did not have a big negative reaction when I first saw it so I am going to give it some time to see what I think about it.

I am not much of an artist, but I have a good imagination. I think a non-clear bra, cut to look like a thundercloud on the front bumper/hood and then lightning bolts coming out of it going down the sides might look really cool for someone looking for that over-the-top look.
