I think he means to ask where he can get a 120 volt (i.e., "Level 1") EVSE adapter. Clipper Creek used to have them but if they still do it's not obvious.
The OpenEVSE project, http://code.google.com/p/open-evse/wiki/OpenEVSE_boards?tm=6, appears to have a kit for under $200. Add $100ish for the J1772 connector and cable and you're looking at $300ish in terms of the cost to build a charger. (Those who build this connect it to 240V but it should work fine with 120V, based on a cursory overview.) If the Volt charger unit is being mass manufactured in China, they should be making a tidy profit.
Contact EVSEupgrade and get a Panasonic one which will work on both 220v and 120v. Talk to Mark there who will explain. You will need to have 6/30 receptacle installed with 220v for it to work on 220v at your leased place.
The EVSEUpgrade is a portable charger. You do not need to install it. Only need an outlet for 220 ...or just use it on 120 outlet. He may have an outlet.
Does anyone know if it's possible to contact the manufacture of the charger that came with the Fisker and get a replacement under warranty for a defective one?
My charger light on the top left turns red and will not charge the vehicle. The outlets are properly grounded and I checked it at several different locations.

Short answer is "no". I had the same problem and looked up the only company name on the thing, which was "Intertek". They have about 100 numbers across the country, none of which answer the phone. I finally got someone in IL who explained Intertek isn't manufacturer, only involved in certification or testing (not really sure). They directed me to a BMW dealership with experience with chargers, who couldn't be much help. My station doesn't get installed for another 1-2 weeks, so the issue is pretty important to me right now. Hope someone else has a better lead to share than mine, but we're in the same boat.
Electrician was here to look at the new Bosch charger he will be installing tomorrow (which just came today), and he quickly diagnosed the problem with my included charger - it has water in it.
Apparently stupid me did not appreciate that you don't leave the included charger outside when its raining (apparently water and electricity don't mix?).
So it's sitting in a plastic bag with a package of dessicant to try and evaporate the water out of it. But does anybody know how to crack it open to take a look and do a better job of getting the water out? There are no screws, so it seems like it just snaps together, but I'd like confirmation of that before I REALLY wreck it.
The Volt EVSE also has a similar problem where it stops working and is of marginally better quality than the Karma EVSE . You are better off getting the Panasonic Leaf EVSE. This can also be converted to work off 220.
Any J1772 Compliant charger should work. Some, like the Panasonic, either do, or can be converted to, provide level II (220V) power, such as this one, but if you just want a Level I portable EVSE, there are a number of companies that make them. Examples include this one.
Also, happy new Karma and welcome to the forum. When you get a minute put in a post about yourself and a picture of your Karma in the "Introductions" forum.
the clipper creek is awesome. I got one when mine crapped out - also on Harley's advice - and I love it. (I too am leasing and can't make changes to the house.)
I have a clipper Creek and use it to charge both my Karma and my son's Tesla.
Interestingly enough the Tesla pulls 20 A on 240 Volts while the Karma only draws 16A
Something to d with the onboard chargers. The Tesla is connected through an adapter to match the clipper J1772 socket.
