I heard from my dealer that all the California bound demos are being held in NY for CARB, they expect the demos to arrive first week of Nov. In other news, the Signature cars are still at the factory in Finland, delivery est. first week of Dec now. They also confirmed the decrease in performance was due to Sw changes to slow down the ICE to manage engine noise.

If the cars really are delayed to December then I'm probably canceling my order. I've had enough. Every month it gets pushed back another month when you think it couldn't possibly get delayed any further. It's always something with Fisker. It really isn't a matter of over-promise, under-deliver because they*can't deliver anything!* It's more like over-promise... period.

@Brian: I thought you were in Texas. The CARB delay should not affect you. Of course, the cars could be delayed for some other reason.

I may have misread it. I thought the delay was only for the cars getting to California. There is no reason to delay shipping the cars from Finland to the US if they are going somewhere other than California and I have heard rumors about another shipload of cars being sent to the US in a couple of weeks. But with Fisker, who the heck knows.
