URL is tech-speak for the web address of the photo you want to insert. Just copy and paste the link/web address of the photo into that box and you're all set.ixtractm said:Can I ask you guys a technical question? How do you insert such nice photos? I tried to insert a photo and I got a reuest for URL. Even when I googled "URL" I still didn't understand what I needed to do! I am relatively computer illiterate, so I was pretty much done right there! Any tips?

There are a few threads and posts about this and you can read them in more detail, but basically, this is a two-step process. You need to upload the photo to an on-line photo sharing service such as Flikcr, photobucket or Picasa Web Albums (All of them are free to sign up and store photos), and then post the internet link for the photo you want to post (i.e., the URL) into the box when it asks for it.ixtractm said:Can I ask you guys a technical question? If you want the photo embedded in the post, the URL needs to be enclosed inFabulist said:There are a few threads and posts about this and you can read them in more detail, but basically, this is a two-step process. The other and easier option is to make a generous donation to support the Forum to get the "Attachment" feature turned on and you can just attach your photos like you would when you send an email.

That will copy the correct code to paste in your post.Fabulist said:There are a few threads and posts about this and you can read them in more detail, but basically, this is a two-step process.
