Battery Problems

I know it has been a topic for many times. But maybe mine is a bit different. when my Range Left indication shows me about 15 Miles left, it happens that after that it starts to count-down to zero very fast (within seconds). I've brought my car to my eager and he has checked everything and told me nothing is wrong they weren't able to reproduce the error. First evening after I got my car back everything worked perfect. but next day I had the same problem. The silly thing is, when my left range indication goes to zero the indication of the battery capacity is not at all at zero. but the gasoline engine starts anyway, even I have quite a bit of battery energy left. My dealer is very loss and helpless. does anybody know this or a similar problem?

Regardless what they say you have a faulty module in your HV Battery I've rebuilt more batteries then anyone else has well that I know of . Their is only a couple of us who would even try repairing them . I'm confident you have one possible two faulty modules . Next time the car is hooked up to Prodis tell them you want a screen shot of live data from the BECM .
Yes as Harleyguy states, a bad module. No doubt he's knows these batteries better than anyone, just on experience alone. Where are you located?
thanks guys. Yes it can be a battery problem but they try everything to not admit that because there are no batteries in Europe.
Do you have a Fisker dealership that you bring your car too ? If so what battery module is bad. I replace modules on a weekly basis maybe we can arrange doing a module replacement on yours .
yes my dealer its Emil Frey who is actually the official Fisker Dealer for whole Eurpoe as far as I understand.
Let me try to bring your knowledge together with my dealer and many thanks to your offer.
cheers

weekly:)? still there is many cars with deffective batteries:huh:? are these the new batteries or the orginal not recalled?
what the mileage on these cars that you replace
I'm doing battery repairs as well out here. Keep in mind that there are so few of us actually willing to do them that we end up with a lot, which makes the problems seem like they are much more common then they are. The majority of my clients don't have a battery issue.
I think Emil Frey who's is the official Fisker Dealer for Europe is not able to replace single Battery-Celles but only whole batteries. That may be part of the problem.
How do you work together with official Fiskar dealers? Are they contacting you for knowledge and spare part questions? if not why not? I would be mor than happy if they would do it!

As of today Ive all ready had two batteries apart I dont find mileage is a factor . One needed a module and the other a module and relay . Both cars have less then 8000 miles I haven"t seen any trend that would give me a idea of Vin numbers or any other information .Its the no Rhyme or reason factor
