With the pending (limited) warranty coming back online in Sept. I wanted to be prepared to get some things taken care of under warranty, so I emailed new Fisker asking for the closest authorized dealer in the Orange County Calif. area. Here is their reply:

Thank you very much for your email and on behalf of the new company, we sincerely thank you for being a Karma owner.

As we prepare for production in 2015, we are evaluating both our distribution channels and methods in preparation for re-launch. We look forward to expanding our global network and understand that increasing our service and supplier network is crucial to our success. We will ensure to convey all product and retailer location updates via media channels and our developing website. www.fiskerautomotive.com

While there are a select number of “old” Fisker dealers that are still in operation, we do not have an operating dealer in California at this time. Please contact the below suggested Fisker dealers as they may be able to assist with your inquiry and help get your Karma back on the road:

Fisker of Tulsa
3939 S Memorial Drive
Tulsa OK 74145
(918) 665-3420

Fisker of Atlanta
7700 Roswell Road
Atlanta GA 30350
(770) 394-9100
Service Technician: Bernie Paulin

Our service team is currently in touch with Bernie at Fisker of Atlanta.

We certainly understand that the above listed locations are not within a close proximity and we are working avidly to service existing and new customers.

We thank you for your patience during this time and look forward to seeing our story unfold.

For any further questions, please reply to this email address and we are happy to assist in answering your inquiries.

Sincerely,
The New Fisker Team

Hoping they work something out with Travis for this area...Atlanta or Tulsa is a long way to go for service. With all they have going on they are pretty awesome for responding directly.

Im not too worried about the list. The dealers that sign on with the warranty program will be listed eventually on FA website. And because of things like this forum and word of mouth, the owners will go where they feel most comfortable with good service. You guys know who can be trusted for the most part. Ive always believed in the referral system, never done me wrong. I just cant give a shuttle ride back to Cali...

In addition I have a bit of a different situation as almost all of the dealers here in the NE are gone. I had a car brought up from Virginia today and the tow truck driver said he knows for a fact there are at least a half dozen karmas in that town outside DC, most are sitting in garages as they dont know who to send it to. Just hoping they send a letter out to let them know we're here for 'em. I have a client from Boston who called Fisker and they referred him to me.

I don't know I'm lucky or unlucky ,lucky is I'm live 30min away from the Tulsa dealer, unlucky is my karma cooling fan is bad before they touch with the new fisker team they don't have any idea to do with my car even can't tell what's going on when they get fisker tech help find the problem it's is cooling fan bad , my karma still in dealer wait the cooling fan arrive to fix it . Are we have the limited time warranty come back on September ? So should I wait till September to fix my car to avoid pay out my pocket or contact the new fisker ask about that?

I replaced a cooling fan this week and submitted the invoice to Fisker the customer paid us. Replacing a cooling fan is low on the list of jobs that are hard to do on the Karma . Replacing the traction motors and the RDM might be something to cry about . Owners are lucky a couple of us service the High Voltage battery I believe other then one of the guys who works for HSS and myself we were the only ones taking the plunge to try and service the batteries . Now Joe at Fisker Philly is and has been and Travis does also . It's not a fun job we had no formal training and what I've learned I have help from an Ex A123 field engineer . A123 wanted to train techs on battery repairs instead of having to replace complete batteries and Fisker wanted nothing to do with it .
The end results was A123 going out of business and it didn't help Fiskers position either . Funny thing is I've been servicing batteries since the closing so maybe it wasn't a bad idea that A123 had

So the new fisker will pay for my fan repair too ? I don't have to wait till September !?
No idea I was only asked by Fisker to send them the invoice if you really like the car just replace the fan if not don't drive the car until you decide what you want to do . Not replacing the fan and driving the car can cause a lot more damage then the cost of the fan replacement .

If you don't fix the fan, please don't drive the car with the engine on. You can cause it to overheat and cause all kinds of damage to the engine. Just ask the owner that has their car at my shop right now. A quick check on the car shows possible engine head or piston ring damage.

Stealth/Electric mode is fine, but the AC won't work too well at all.

Is possible i ask for them to check the engine is damage or not ? Or can find out anything now till the problem real comes up in the future! Because do see once my engine cooling system and engine oil light comes up for like 3min and go off

If you over heated the engine the engine would either not run at all or it would run and blow out all the coolant from the coolant even if the engine wasn't at operating temperature . Better open the hood check the engine dipstick for oil and check the coolant tank on the drivers side if it's full or not .
