I think someone posted that the other day in another thread. I'm sure much will be revealed on/after 7/22
Yep, article was previously posted in another thread the same day it was published. 8AVGMPG, what significance is 07/22?
DOE Loan day-
5/22 was a loan day too.....so what?

The bill was paid on 5/22 because the DOE took it from a reserve account set up in case they couldn't make the payment.

That account is now empty and Fisker has to come up with the money somehow. I'm not sure what teh consequences are if they cannot come up with it though.

Actually, the reserve account payment was on 3/22.

You mean 4/22 (April 22nd)?

This article also mentions a payment was due on June 22nd (6/22) so who knows...

According to the PrivCo article here

http://www.privco.com/fisker-allowe...lion-from-restriced-cash-loan-reserve-account

The reserve account satisfied the first payment of $20.18M due on 4/22

The repayment schedule is attached:

I think the IRS should just pay the bill with their party money budget - keep fisker going and all is good!

Sorry. typo. It was paid on 4/22. The article mentions the next loan repayment date as 6/22, as you noted. At the same time it mentions a 3 month reprieve from 4/22. So now I'm not sure if the next due date was 6/22 or 7/22.
